Today sees the start of the guided meditation and visualisation group.
Stress is such a large part of everyday life that it is difficult to escape its effects. The setting up of this group has been requested for some time by people I have seen in clinic and I have finally put the thought and energy in to it.
How can visualisation work help?
Well so many of our problems are stress related so the aim of this group is to provide people with a "toolbox" of coping strategies. We will be exploring the chakras and learning techniques to cleanse and balance them. We will also be discussing how "irritations" and "worries" encountered during the day can have a large impact on our ability to get quality sleep and also learning some methods of dealing with this.
I am so looking forward to working with a small group of people and having some fun as well as developing the ability to work with this powerful method of healing.
